FAQ
-
Can I wear mascara to a lashing session? No, It is recommended that you arrive at a session with no make-up around your eyes as this may likely prevent the glue from getting on the lash and prevent it from adhering properly.
-
How long will my lash last and how often do I need to refill?Your lash should typically last between 3-6 wks depending on the care you give to them. Because of the natural lash cyle and wear and tear it is recommended that you do a touch-up every 2-3 weeks to maintain a full look.
-
If i'm not please with my lashes after the application am i entitled to a refund? All lash services are final. If you are not satisfied with the completed procedure you have up to 3 days to request a redo providing the error is attributed to faulty product or poor application. Several factors such as the age of the glue, the temperature in which the lash is applied and improper storage of products can affect the overall effectiveness of the application therefore it is up to you to contact your technician immediately once you start losing lashes rapidly. keep in mind that it is natural for lashes to start detaching several days after application; however the loss of too many lashes within 48 hours should be remedied by your technician.

Will contact lenses interfere with my new lashes or vice versaWe strongly advise that you do not wear contacts during your lash session. However once session is completed you can wear contacts. Contact lenses do not affect your lashes nor should your new lashes interfere with your contacts. Lashes extend outward away from your eyes so should not have any impact on whether you wear contacts or not. Care should be given however when rubbing your eyes (this should be avoided where possible) as rubbing your eyes may detach the lash causing loose lash to enter the eyes.
